5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly and yearly plans) until you cancel.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

6. Corporate Wellness Services

Corporate wellness workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements are provided under individual service agreements between FitForLife.ph and the contracting organization. These agreements may include additional terms specific to the engagement, including but not limited to:

• Scope of services, deliverables, and scheduling
• Pricing, payment terms, and invoicing
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations
• Intellectual property rights for custom materials

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and an individual service agreement, the service agreement shall govern for that specific engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FitForLife.ph — including text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and software — is the property of FitForLife.ph and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our content.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without written permission.
• Use content for commercial purposes without a license agreement.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitForLife.ph and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Personal injury or health issues arising from following content on the platform
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Errors or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to FitForLife.ph in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

FitForLife.ph integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and other tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
