Overview

At FitForLife.ph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our products or services, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

Premium Subscription Plans

FitForLife.ph offers the following premium subscription plans:

  • Monthly — ₱299/month
  • Yearly — ₱2,990/year
  • Lifetime — ₱9,990 one-time payment
  • Founding Member — ₱499 one-time payment (limited availability)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

30-Day Refund Guarantee

All subscription plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal date.

This applies to all plan types, including monthly, yearly, lifetime, and founding member plans.

Cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your free-tier access to educational content will remain available.

Corporate Wellness Services

For corporate wellness workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation 14+ business days before the event: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 7–13 business days before the event: 50% refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation less than 7 business days before the event: No refund, but we will work with you to reschedule the session within 60 days.
  • No-show: No refund will be issued.

Custom corporate packages and multi-session agreements are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using any of the following methods:

When requesting a refund, please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse or fraud. If you have questions about whether your situation qualifies, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
