Yes — the full-day workshop package lets you choose any 4 topics from the catalog. We can also recommend combinations based on your team's specific health priorities.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for customization and logistics. For full-day workshops, 3–4 weeks is ideal.

Can the presentations be customized for our industry or company?

Absolutely. Each session can be tailored with industry-specific examples, your company's health data, or topics relevant to your workforce (e.g., BPO night shift workers, manufacturing teams, etc.).

What is the maximum number of participants?

Virtual webinars can accommodate up to 500 participants. Onsite sessions are most effective with groups of 20–150 people. For larger groups, we can discuss split sessions.

Do you provide materials after the session?

Yes. All sessions include a post-session resource handout with key takeaways, action steps, and further reading. Onsite sessions also include certificates of participation.
